Liriope muscari -"Royal Purple"
Liriope royal purple

Liriope royal purple is a tufting perennial. This is a smaller growing liriope only 40cm in height. The foliage is grass like and in summer the plant produces upright spikes of small, purple flowers.

A very popular plant amongst landscapers. It’s really quite versatile and can be used in rockeries, mixed plantings, amongst large pavers, mass planted or as a border.

Can be grown in sun or shade. Will tolerate light frosts and periods of dryness. Large clumps can be divided if necessary to create new plants.

We grow liriope royal purple in 140mm pots at our plant nursery located in Drouin, West Gippsland. If you would like to buy our plants click on the button below to check current availability and pricing.
